Cupping Notes: Medium Roast. A floral, sweet aroma and complex flavor with notes of citrus and chocolate are nuanced in the cup. OUTSTANDING acidity and full body. Clean and lingering aftertaste.

Coop produced and Shade Grown. A "washed" processed coffee as opposed to the standard "natural" processing that is prevalent in Ethiopia. Grown in Central Ethiopia at 8,000 feet, this is one of the highest grown coffees in the world.

Ethiopia produces some of the most exotic coffees to be enjoyed. Offering both dry- and wet-processed beans, from seven regions: Bebeka, Djimma, Harrar, Lekemti, Limmu, Sidamo and Yrgacheffe.
