Cupping Notes:  Full-City Roast. Shade Grown.  This premium estate coffee is naturally grown using no petro-chemical fertilizers or pest controls. The beans are meticulously hand-graded by the ladies at La Minita for a very fine coffee, which remains consistent year after year. The cup offers a tradtional Tarrazu spicy aroma and complex, sweet flavor. A full body is enhanced with a clean and assertive acidity, finished with a lingering, rich aftertaste.
