How to place an order via web, phone, mail or fax:
Alpen Sierra will ship coffee, tea and other products the same or first business day following your order date. Delivery can be made to your home, office or any address you desire, including most international addresses. Several payment options are available: check or money order by mail; MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards and PayPal online, by phone, fax or mail.
To contact us and speak with a live person regarding any questions about ordering, please call 800-531-1405, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm PST, or e-mail us. Leave us a voice mail message anytime, 24/7, and we will promptly reply to you.
To order via the web:
Order online at www.alpensierracoffee.com. We follow standard Web protocols to ensure that any financial information you provide us remains secure.
Follow these simple steps to place your online order:
1. Find a product you'd like to buy within one of our Product Categories.
2. When you find something you want, click on the "Buy Now" button.
3. Review and select the appropriate product option,e.g. for coffee, whole bean or the degree of grind you use, by selecting from the pull down menu. For clothing, mugs and hats you won't select a grind but you will select a color and size if applicable. If the color or size you want is not listed, it is not available at this time, but check back later- it may be in stock the next time you shop.
4. Enter the quantity you would like us to send you. (Minimum of 1 pound per coffee selection.)
NOTE: You can remove an item in your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the "Remove" icon on the left side of every product in the cart. Follow by clicking the "Update" button at the bottom of the cart.
5. From the Shopping Cart, you can click on "Continue Shopping" to look for additional products you need, or you can choose finish shopping by clicking "checkout".
6. To finish your order, follow the instructions on the checkout page. Items are shipped within 24 hours after we receive the order.
To order via phone:
Call 800-531-1405 from within the US, Monday-Friday 7:30am-4pm PST. If you are calling at a time outside of our service hours, please leave us a voice mail, including your return phone number, and we will contact you as soon as we are back in. From Mexico and countries outside of North America, please call 01-530-541-1053.
To order via fax:
Fax your order with your name (as it appears on your credit card), your credit card number and expiration date to 775.783.7293. Please be sure to include your phone or fax number in case we need to contact you.
To order via mail:
Enclose note with your desired product order with a check, money order, or credit card number and expiration date. Please note: we do not accept cash or COD orders. Be sure to include the appropriate shipping fees for each shipping address.

Order and shipment confirmations:
If you place your order online, you'll instantly receive an order confirmation via email. Should you need to make any changes to the order at that time, please reply to that message and our web sales service team will make those changes. We send a shipment confirmation after your order has been shipped. Once this has been sent, it is too late to make any changes to the order.
Recurring Orders:
A recurring order is the best way to guarantee regular delivery of your favorite coffee or tea. Simply place a master order, and let us know how frequently you want us to repeat it.
There are two easy ways to replace a recurring order:
1. Select the Auto Re-order option at the check-out phase of your purchase on the site.
2. Call us, 1.800.531.1405, and we will schedule it for you.
Email Newsletter: We email our customers on a regular basis, letting them know about Special Offering coffees, new Rare Teas, events at their local Alpen Sierrastore, and other news that we think would be of interest. To receive our email newsletter, simply check "Yes" to Newsletter during checkout, or click here to join our email list. If you no longer wish to receive emails from Alpen Sierra, click on the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of any email, or call us at 800-531-1405. We absolutely do not share your email address or any other information with third parties.

This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Every purchase you make at alpensierracoffee.com is absolutely safe. alpensierracoffee.com uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), the industry standard for secure commerce transactions to transmit your credit card information over the Internet. This means your credit card number is scrambled during the transaction process, so that the information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
IP Addresses:
