Cupping Notes: Dark Roast. A traditional Northern Italian espresso blend, which is of a lighter degree roast with a softer character, as contrasted to Southern Italian style espresso roasts, which are more intense of character and finish. Three origins in blend. The fragrance is of sweet pralines, producing a cup of toasty rich notes and long caramelized flavor. Full body and moderate acidity.
