Cupping Notes: Dark Roast.  A traditional Northern Italian espresso blend, which is a lighter dark roast with softer character, as compared to Southern Italian, intense dark roasts.  Three origins in blend.  Sweet Aroma and Flavor.  Full body and moderate acidity with a smooth finish with pleasantly lingering aftertaste.
