Cupping Notes: Medium Roast. A floral, sweet aroma and complex flavor with notes of citrus and chocolate are nuanced in the cup. Good acidity and full body. Clean and lingering aftertaste.

Coop produced, Fair Trade Certified and Shade Grown. A "washed" processed coffee as opposed to the standard "natural" processing that is prevalent in Ethiopia. Grown in Central Ethiopia at 8,000 feet, this is one of the highest grown coffees in the world.

New crop is in as of May, 2008 and this coffee is to be treasured and savored.
