We at Alpen Sierra Coffee want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned or exchanged. No worries! Returns and exchanges can be made within 30 days after purchase.

Below is information on how to return or exchange your purchase.

Returns

Returns can be made at any time after purchase. If you would like to return your merchandise purchased on alpensierracoffee.com, please follow the return instructions below.

*Please be aware that preference returns incur a return shipping and handling fee of $6.95 for purchases made on alpensierracoffee.com.

Preference returns are returns that are made for any reason other than damaged or defective products.

If you would like to make your return by mail:

  1. Attach a copy of the packing slip that came with your product and make sure you indicate that you wish to return the item and indicate which items are being returned and why. 
  2. Securely pack your items, being sure to include the invoice/packing slip. 
  3. Address your package to: Alpen Sierra Coffee Roasting Company Returns 2222 Park Place, 1A Minden, NV 89423. 
  4. Mail your package with at least first class mail service. 
  5. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt, though it may take longer for the credit to appear on your statement. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed.

Exchanges

Exchanging an item purchased on alpensierracoffee.com is easy and free! Exchanges can be made within 30 days after time after purchase.

  1. Attach a copy of the packing slip that came with your product and make sure you indicate that you wish to exchange the item and indicate which items are being exchanged and why. Also indicate which item you wish to exchange it for. 
  2. Securely pack your items, being sure to include the invoice/packing slip. 
  3. Address your package to: Alpen Sierra Coffee Roasting Company Exchanges 2222 Park Place, 1A Minden, NV 89423.  
  4. Mail your package with at least first class mail service. 
  5. We will process your return within 14 days of receipt, though it may take longer for any applicable credits to appear on your statement. If you provide us your email address, we will notify you via email when your return has been received and processed. 

*Please note that Alpen Sierra Coffee is not responsible for return shipping charges. If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will credit your account for the amount of the return.

Returning Defective/Wrong Merchandise

If you receive a replacement item for a defective/damaged/wrong merchandise shipment, the original shipment must be returned. Please do the following:

  1. send the incorrect item(s) back to us, using the instructions under how to return an item (above), 
  2. include a note explaining how the item you received was a defective/damaged/wrong merchandise shipment, and
  3. state in your note which replacement item you would like to receive. 
  4. Alpen Sierra Coffee will determine the eligibility of the returned defective/damaged/wrong merchandise shipment for a credit of return shipping postage.
